Peace Boat and SOA US Summer Program 2020

SOA and partner Peace Boat will collaborate on an experiential youth-study voyage June 20-July 3, 2020. Participants will learn about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and their application in Latin America. Peace Boat is accepting applications from SOA Ocean Leaders through April 1, 2020. Follow the steps below to apply to join Peace Boat and SOA for Peace Boat's 104th Voyage, taking you to Panama, Costa Rica, and Mexico!

Key Details:

Who: People ages 18-30

What: Full room, board, meals, and program expenses for a Peace Boat experiential learning voyage for chosen applicants

When: June 20 - July 3, 2020

Where: Aboard a Peace Boat cruise embarking from Cristobal, Panama to Puntarenas, Costa Rica and concluding in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Why: Dive deep into UN SDGs 13 (Climate Action), 14 (Life Below Water), 15 (Life on Land), and 17 (Partnership for the Goals) with fellow students, activists, and ocean advocates of a range of nationalities and expertise.
